A vacancy has arisen for a Help Desk Engineer to work for a highly respected Machine Tool Distributor based in Warwickshire.
The job will involve providing Service Support to a wide variety of Customers when they ring the office with problems with their machines.
The ideal candidate should have a background in Machine Tools or part qualified electrician.Ability to work under pressure is essential and be able to communicate at all levels is essential. You also would be co-ordinating the Service Engineers who are out on the road. A good level of computer literacy is essential.
