Quality Engineer - £20k-£25k + Pension - Worcestershire (Permanent)
A leading specialist in the coatings market is currently recruiting for a Quality Engineer to join their Worcestershire located site on a permanent basis. As part of a global high technology group, our client develops the manufacture and application of a range of high performance coatings for customers in a range of markets and industries.
As Quality Engineer, you will report to the Quality Manager and will work closely with the division production team to ensure that all customer requirements, concerns and resolutions are communicated effectively throughout the team. You will be responsible for liaising with customers on all quality concerns and issues, investigating and documenting quality issues when needed, you will liaise with all departments with the introduction and processing of all new parts (APQP) and will report any abnormalities of the QS and procedures to the management team. You will also be required to undertake QA related administrative tasks, provide support on all quality related issues to other departments and review drawing and specifications prior to processing parts through production.
Applicants will ideally be of graduate calibre with an engineering or scientific related qualification (minimum HNC) and will be enthusiastic, self motivated and confident to talk to customers and production team members.
Experience in quality or engineering would be preferred but not essential. Opportunities for career advancement are excellent.
Our client would like to offer between £20k-£25k (depending on level of experience and knowledge) and a company pension to the successful candidate.
