The client is one of the largest distributors of Forklift Trucks in the world and is a genuine household name. As a result of planned growth a vacancy has arisen for a Regional Sales Manager to cover, initially the Midlands region.
Your task will be to manage and operate a successful and dynamic field sales team across the area. Duties will include; structuring, retaining and performance managing a sales team to meet agreed targets, developing and implementing area sales strategies, identifying staff training needs, running performance reviews and ensuring overall team business objectives are met.
The successful candidate will already have a proven track record of sales success in the Materials Handling sector and will have had experience of managing a small team.
