Since our formation in 1965, as the Rugby Design Group has provided services for both clients and candidates, which are regarded by both as efficient and professional.

Starting as a one office operation supplying design services for the Automotive and Aerospace industries, we now have three offices servicing recruitment needs for clients throughout the country.

We believe that at no time should the quality of services we provide be compromised for the purpose of maximising sales. In addition to this we have our own internal procedures to ensure equal opportunities for contractors, as well as making sure that they are fully aware of their employment rights and obligations.

We endeavour to perform a mutually beneficial partnership with our clients, to understand their needs and provide a tailored service to suit their requirements.

Whilst we already have our own internal procedures, this partnership enables us to create unique procedures and service levels for each client.
